Provata Bioactives ships to destinations within the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii via common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) ground service for a flat rate of $9.99 (USD). Most orders will ship same-day if placed before 2:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.

PLEASE double check all shipping address information to avoid delays. You can verify the correct standardized format of your address by using the USPS Address Tool.

If your order will be delivered to a business or institution, PLEASE include the business or institution name on the order form.

Neither Provata Bioactives nor the carrier will be responsible for packages left at the residence or commercial property if the client requested such. Provata Bioactives is not responsible for shipments once picked up by the carrier. Any issues with shipments after they are shipped from Provata Bioactives must be resolved with the carrier. Provata Bioactives will be happy to assist you with any carrier issues.

Any order related damage claims must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receiving your package. You must keep all package contents (i.e. shipping carton, packing material, promotional items, product) as intact as possible. Failure to produce package contents to the carrier investigations representative will prevent us from replacing your damaged product.


If you are not completely satisfied with your Provata Bioactives purchase, simply return the unopened product(s) along with your original sales receipt within 14 days of receiving product for a full product refund. We will not accept returns on clearance or discontinued items. All returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Provata Bioactives. Please contact us for the RA#. Any returns that are sent to Provata Bioactives without an RA# may be refused and sent back to the shipper, at the shipper's expense. Please note: All nutritional safety seals are verified sealed before shipment. Any opened safety seals are a result of shipping compressions, and/or the cap removal process by the client. All shipping charges for client returns are the responsibility of the client. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner, except with the original manufacturer's labels. No cash refunds. Other restrictions may apply.
